    Customer Promise (TL;DR)

    At Hubcap, Tire & Wheel, we stand behind every product we sell. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll fix it right away at no cost to you. If you change your mind, that’s okay too — as long as the items are still brand new and unused. Some products (like custom builds or wheels/tires once mounted) can’t be returned, but with our Fitment Guarantee, if it doesn’t fit your vehicle, we’ll make it right — on us.

    General Rules

    • All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number, issued by calling 1-800-232-0734.
    • Returns must be received within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
    • Items must be brand new, unused, and in original packaging.
    • Restocking Fee: 20% (applies to all eligible returns/exchanges).
    • Shipping Costs: Customer covers shipping both ways unless we made an error or the product was damaged in transit.
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

    Wheels, Tires & Packages

    • Test fit wheels before mounting tires. Once mounted, they’re non-returnable — even if fitment is an issue.
    • Tires with mileage are considered used and not eligible for return.
    • Wheel & tire packages are non-returnable once mounted on a vehicle.
    • Custom painted, special-order, or 3-piece wheels are final sale.

    Fitment Guarantee

    • If your order qualifies, we’ll cover 100% of the exchange cost to ensure proper fitment.
    • Fitment issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery by calling 1-800-232-0734.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
    • Keep all original packaging for carrier inspection.
    • Call 1-800-232-0734 and we’ll replace or exchange the item at no cost to you.

    Accessories & Suspension

    • Must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
    • Installed or attempted installations are non-returnable.

    “Change of Mind” Returns

    • Exchanges only (not refunds), within 30 days of delivery.
    • Customer pays shipping both ways, the 20% restocking fee, and any mounting/balancing charges.
